120. What Type of Eater Are You?

I created a fun quiz to help you know what kind of eater you are to help you stop overeating. The biggest challenge when it comes to losing weight is eating when your body doesn’t need it. The better you get at identifying what eating patterns you have and how to manage it, the better you get at listening to your body and only eating when you’re hungry.
