54. Setting Safe Weight Loss Goals

Do you set broad/generic weight loss goals like “I just want to feel confident, I want to look good or I want to lose 10 pounds” when really you want something more? Deep down you want the 20 pounds, a flatter tummy that doesn’t bulge out when you take pics but you’re afraid to set a specific goal because you don’t believe you can hit it. In this episode, I share with you by setting safe weight loss goals is keeping you from achieving what you want for your body and how you want to feel around any food you eat. I give you an exercise to ask yourself the honest/raw version of what you want so you can set a goal that gives you the desire to take action day by day.
