Eating 3 meals a day was how I stopped waiting until midnight for my calories to reset to eat more. I stopped carrying MyFitnessPal with me. It helped me be in control of my body and weight. It is how I stopped dieting forever. In this episode, I share with you how eating 3 meals a day will change the way you see and approach food.
